Privacy Policy

Overview
Mobile Interview Prep does not require an account and does not sell or share your personal data. Your notes, progress and imported documents stay on your device.
Mobile Interview Prep ("the App") is built by Pratik Banawalkar ("I", "me") and is offered free of charge, with optional donations. This policy explains what information the App handles, why, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
Information the App handles

The App does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts or photos. It does not use advertising IDs or show ads.
How information is used and shared
The limited data above is used only to deliver study content, keep the App working and fix bugs. I do not sell, rent or share it for marketing.
Third-party services the App relies on:
- Supabase — hosts the App's question and content database. Supabase Privacy Policy

- Donation platform — donations open an external payment page. Payment details are handled by that provider; the App never sees them.
The App only requests file access when you choose a document to import, and internet access to download content.
Retention and deletion
All local data is deleted when you clear the App's storage or uninstall it. Server request logs kept by the hosting provider are retained only as long as that provider's standard log retention.
Security
Content is downloaded over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but I use reasonable measures to protect the App and its data.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has shared personal information through the App, contact me and I will delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of any personal data relating to you, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the GDPR where they apply. Because the App keeps your data on your device, most requests are handled by clearing app data or uninstalling.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
